Haydn GeorgeDAVIES1923 - 2008 Jeff, Haydn and the family of the late George Davies of Islwyn Terr, Tredegar, wish to take this opportunity to thank their relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy, the cards of condolence and the support they received following the recent sad and untimely loss of a most dear father and grandfather. Special thanks to the bearers and to all who gave of their time to attend George's funeral service at Penuel and Llwydcoed Crematorium and for the generous donations in lieu of floral tributes for the Hospice of the Valleys. Heartfelt thanks to the staff of Glynhowy Ward, Tredegar General Hospital, staff at Nevill Hall Hospital especially Ward 4/2, the Community Nurses, Home Carers and the Hospice Team for their unfailing kindness and concern and the excellent care George received. Many thanks to Rev Ray Lewis who officiated for the personal and comforting service and to Vaughan Bros. (Funeral Directors) for the efficient and professional handling of the arrangements.
